Stay informed about current developments on our news page.
With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.
Wear a mask in waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.
Always maintain the required distance.
The windows in the cableways will be open during the trip, weather permitting.
Wearing a mask in mandatory on all closed gondolas and lifts. Masks do not need to be worn on open gondolas and lifts.
Our safety measures in the restaurants
In accordance with the decision of the Federal Council on 8 September, a Covid certificate is required to access the indoor areas of restaurants, bars and lunchrooms. We ask you to show a valid Swiss or EU Covid certificate when entering. Evidence of covid disease (medical certificates, isolation revocation orders, laboratory evidence, cantonal confirmations, etc.) will not be accepted. As a result of the Covid certificate requirement, the lunchroom at Nätschen will remain closed. The Gurschen and Milez lunchrooms will until further notice be available exclusively to reserved groups. Reservations can be made at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our protective measures for events at the Andermatt Concert Hall
Version: 3 November 2021
Stay safe and have fun: That's our motto for the 2021 events. Together, let’s ensure safe enjoyment.
You need a valid Covid certificate to access our events in the Andermatt Concert Hall. The detailed protection concept is currently being developed. In any case:
We ask that you comply at all times with the general conduct and hygiene rules of the Federal Office of Public Health.
Where possible, purchase your tickets online.
If you feel sick or have symptoms of a Covid-19 illness, we ask that you not attend the event.
Admission to the Andermatt Concert Hall is through the general entrances of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Please observe the corresponding signage inside the building.
Masks are required to be worn in all public areas of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen.
We ask that you arrive well in advance, since it takes longer than usual to check certificates and tickets.
You will first pass through the Covid certificate checkpoint. Please have your Covid certificate and an identity document ready for presentation.
Your concert ticket will then be checked directly in front of the Andermatt Concert Hall.
You are allowed to take off your mask in the foyer and in the Andermatt Concert Hall.
The foyer bar is already open for you before the concert.
Please note that third-party organisers may have different protection concepts. Therefore, please contact the respective organiser for more information.
