Our visionThe Prime Alpine Destination
Andermatt is becoming The Prime Alpine Destination . We are laying the groundwork for an Alpine community in Andermatt. We are committed to a liveable future and to offering coming generations an extraordinary home.
Our mission.Where we are headed
We are creating a unique, sustainable habitat at the destination Andermatt. In the process, we are supporting the long-term development of our community of owners, locals and guests and are creating a destination with seamlessly integrated experiences.
Four pillars. For the Prime Alpine Destination
We are basing our path toward becoming the Prime Alpine Destination on the four pillars of quality, hospitality, sustainability and collaboration.
We represent first-class products, services and performance. We put our heart and soul into this every day.
We do our best for the well-being of our guests and act in the interest of the local community.
Sustainability in the sense of climate and socially compatible tourism is our philosophy.
We rely on strong partners and work successfully with other organisations.
Quality.What that means to us
We want to be a first-class destination, which is why we are dedicated to our projects with heart and soul. We think ahead, provide feedback, are innovative and continue to grow – in order to always achieve the best possible results. As a company, we avoid taking part in every price war and instead define ourselves through first-class products and services.
Guests are the focus of our actions. For us, this means making sure that our guests from Switzerland and abroad have an unforgettable stay with experiences to match, as well as prioritizing the needs of the local population.
With our initiative Andermatt Responsible, we are championing environmentally friendly, sustainable tourism in the Andermatt region. We are implementing sustainability as integral part of our corporate philosophy in the areas of climate and environmental protection, society and economy.
Collaboration.Together we’re better
In order to become the Prime Alpine Destination, we need strong partners. We rely on collaborations involving tourism, public authorities, research and environmental protection, mobility and society. We work with other tourism organisations, the Cantons of Uri and Grisons, municipalities, educational institutions and mobility providers.
