Nicole Bazzanella

Nicole Bazzanella obtained her master's degree in computer science with a major in IT management from the HTWG University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz, Germany.

She garnered her first professional experience during her bachelor studies in management consulting at IBM in Frankfurt in the field of technology-driven change management. After completing her studies, Bazzanella worked at KPMG in management and technology consulting with a focus on business-process and ERP transformation programmes for mostly international clients. Among other things, she has extensive experience in IT management, introduction and implementation of IT strategy and governance, technology-driven change management, project and programme management and process modelling and optimisation.

Following her start as IT director, she was put in charge of IT and digital transformation at Andermatt Swiss Alps AG in 2022.

Bazzanella likes to be active in nature in her free time, whether riding, jogging, cycling, hiking, or downhill or cross-country skiing.
