The Andermatt-Sedrun Recruiting Days offer a completely new recruiting format. Interested applicants will be invited to spend two days in Andermatt, where they’ll learn about the wide variety of positions available at companies of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group while getting to know the region as well. The Andermatt-Sedrun Recruiting Days will take place in Andermatt on August 29 and 30. Those who would like to attend this unique recruiting event are asked to apply on the job portal of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group by August 7. Successful applicants will be invited to spend two days in Andermatt, where they’ll learn everything about the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group and the diverse job offers at Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG, which operates the cableways, the various catering operations, the snow sports school and the sport shop Gleis 0, as well as at The Chedi Andermatt and the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen and at Andermatt Swiss Alps AG. In job “speed dating” in the gondola, they’ll have brief initial interviews for the positions that interest them.

So that candidates can also get to know their potential future place of work, the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group is offering a varied programme with group dinner, tour of the village and leisure activities. It is also offering lodging at the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, a four-star superior hotel.
Straightforward, fast application process
In order to apply to attend, candidates only need to submit a CV. They can then explain why they would like to work at one of the companies of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group during an informal chat when they are here in Andermatt. If the talk goes well for both parties, an official job interview will take place on the second day – including for multiple positions. And if both sides are interested, candidates will leave the Recruiting Days with a new job.
