Knowledge transfer
The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group collaborates with Academia Engiadina AG (Grisons Tourism College) and the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. Owing to the partnerships, students receive support in connection with applied research work and projects. The company also makes internship positions available. At the same time, Andermatt Swiss Alps benefits from knowledge transfer, including through the collaboration with the St. Gallen Symposium, the world’s leading initiative for cross-generational dialogue.
Climate protection
Andermatt Swiss Alps is a partner of Protect Our Winters Switzerland (POW). POW is the leading voice of the outdoor community battling climate change and part of the global POW network. Together with its athletes, partners and members, the NGO is committed to protecting the climate and preserving winter.
Waste
Side by side with United Against Waste, the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group is fighting food waste. Together with the Summit Foundation, the company organises an annual Clean-up Day to collect waste from the countryside and properly dispose of it.
Mobility
Together with mybuxi and the Schweizerische Südostbahn railway, Andermatt Swiss Alps has formed the Alpine Mobility Association. Alpine Mobility develops and offers sustainable mobility options for local residents, employees and guests in the Gotthard region, supplementing public transportation offerings. Our mobility partner at the Andermatt destination is Audi with its e-tron electric vehicles.
