With his restaurant on Gütsch at 2,300 metres above sea level, award-winning chef Dietmar Sawyere has taken the unique concept of The Japanese Restaurant in The Chedi Andermatt and refined it. The menu is just as sophisticated, featuring such refined Japanese dishes as shidashi bentō, omakase, kaiseki, sushi, and tempura.
